How we Deliver

tail lift delivery method

The majority of our goods are sent out in bulk bags or large packs, and are delivered on a pallet. Deliveries are made using a large vehicle with a tail lift offload; the lorry needs approximately the same access space as a bin lorry. Pallets are lowered from the rear of the vehicle and moved as close to your property as possible using a pallet truck, which you may have seen moving palletised goods in a supermarket.

We can only guarantee to deliver to the kerb side. Where possible, the driver will move your goods onto your driveway. However, it is only possibly to move a pallet truck on hard, flat surfaces such as concrete or tarmac. Goods cannot be moved on surfaces such as grass or gravel, and they also cannot be moved up steep slopes.

If you have any questions about delivery, please contact us before placing an order.
