Frequently Asked Questions

We have put together a short list of our most frequently asked questions. If you have a question this page doesn’t cover, please contact us.

Do you deliver to my area?

We use Palletways to send all of our deliveries, which means we can deliver to anywhere in the UK mainland.

Can I pick a delivery day?

The system automatically gives you the fastest delivery method possible. However, if you’ve placed an order and would like to select a day of your choice, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate the change.

How quickly can you deliver?

We know that things can sometimes get left until the last minute. We aim to deliver your goods within two working days of you placing the order, as long as we receive your order before 1pm Monday-Friday.

Do I have to be at home when the delivery arrives?

Where possible, we recommend that someone is able to accept the delivery when it arrives. However, if no one will be available to sign for the goods, please contact us so we can instruct the driver appropriately.

How is delivery made?

Our goods are sent out in bulk bags or easy-to-handle large packs, all of which are delivered on pallets. Deliveries are made using a large vehicle with a tail lift offload. Pallets are lowered from the rear of the vehicle and moved as close to your property as possible, using a pallet truck (much like you might see in a supermarket). If a bin lorry will fit down your road, our delivery vehicle will.

We can only guarantee to delivery to the kerb side. Where possible, the driver will move your goods onto your driveway. However, it is only possible to move a pallet truck on smooth, concrete surface such as concrete or tarmac. Goods cannot be moved on soft or even surfaces such as gravel or steep slopes. If you would like more information on how deliveries are made, please take a look at our delivery information page.
